Firestorm! was developed in collaboration with marketing professors from international universities. Its gameplay is inspired by the study “Detecting, Preventing, and Mitigating Online Firestorms in Brand Communities”, which examines how digital crises begin,
spread, and can be mitigated.
By stepping into the middle of a fast-moving, fully simulated digital crisis, players turn theory into practice and build essential skills in crisis communication and strategic social media management.
